When I was struggling with my nervous sweating problem, I tried a lot of different folk remedies. Fortunately, I found a guide on the internet called “Stop Sweating, Start Living.” This book gave me a simple method to reduce the nervous sweating problem, plus a ton of tips of things to do when the sweating started, and things to avoid to prevent triggering it (like foods to avoid, etc.)
It took a few weeks before I got it completely under control, but I did notice improvements right away, and it had been a serious problem for years, so I wasn’t going to complain if it didn’t work right away.
